How we collect user data

We collect user data through the MailerLite sign-up form linked on our home page.

The data collected through this form is used to send emails to users notifying them of events and media involving the Up North Rollers Brass Band.

Filling out this form is entirely optional

Users who have completed this form and wish to no longer receive emails or have their information removed from MailerLite's system may send an email to info@upnorthrollersbrassband.com expressing their desire to do so.

What data we collect

Through the link on our home page, we collect email addresses, as well as the IP addresses of the networks on which users filled out the form and clicked the 'confirm your email' button in the confirmation email

We use MailerLite to manage our email marketing subscriber list and to send emails to our subscribers. MailerLite is a third-party provider, which may process your data using industry-standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our newsletter.
